是新手吗？如果是的话个人认为ING比较便宜。如果不是可以考虑看看ALL STATE. 我还没见过比all state 便宜的。

firslty, no a single insurance company suits all dirvers' needs by offering the best rate, which explains why differetn people have different recommendations.

secondly, as insurance is not a sciense, even within the same company,you will get differetn rate from different rep or agent ,which means why you should talk to the right person who will try to customize your insurance coverage or find the most disounts for you within his or her authorities.
