Housing Program Worker

* V* S; ]$ F7 K0 v+ @, MKey Responsibilities:' i9 D) R( C: I @
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program. . k1 \, H+ y! G* b- }7 k
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs; a* c r3 L: L* D% [- @& K
 To help promote the program in the community.' A, \& q$ d+ m+ k- G. V- a
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports." C* W- H% a& ?8 G. I
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.# h1 Y9 e; q7 S; }( Q0 i
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
9 J" A2 D0 n" S2 }3 y To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications: (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
' T( e; ?. |# ] 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
2 f9 N4 u8 ?3 ^ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.. Z+ l7 _; o7 z8 l/ a
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
1 n2 n+ r* @! H- I; b2 p1 L$ \5 ? Current CPR and First Aid certifications6 H- `' J/ H* }( I9 V/ G. @1 ^
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance, O( E8 t* j `$ `# P8 x6 x, `
