Housing Program Worker
+ [, G; i$ H1 p
Key Responsibilities:
+ `9 Z6 C4 _& f To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
' K' d$ M" T" V" w2 a6 K5 F' \0 I4 u To help promote the program in the community.
: M$ |% o2 P5 A0 | To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
! q# o* h! X1 H To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
0 ^$ i  t, ]% C+ ~ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
- Q. B  N4 ^, r To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
8 J% w  t( p9 E5 w Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
