院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

" p, f3 q% C1 m7 Q: M$ i3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
* q }& X6 _/ [9 _( }% ?% k1 cup water 250 ml 6 m7 z; j4 {, A5 _! [$ S6 j
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 4 \8 t0 `( \( {8 B8 h5 `
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
- D+ K% I H6 C: D! y; _ ^( y+ ?+ b& H$ @juice of 1 lemon* 1 & ?1 s8 T$ E6 B1 S) ~9 ]
/ K+ B+ J h" ^0 l9 pPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
