交通:如果你是乘公车，可在西贸下车，教堂有专人专车往返接送。但每周请事先电话联系JUDY（780-481-4699）。她将安排人在西贸的48号门(最靠近西贸公交站)等待。大约时间为6：30
Taking the Bus to the Church' W& ~8 ?# O: k

If you need to take a bus to attend the Club, we offer rides from West Edmonton Mall to the church and back. If you would like a ride from the mall, please call me each week to let me know (Judy at 780-481-4699). We will pick you up at at Door # 48, the door closest to the WEM bus terminal, on the main level at 6:30 pm, and return you to the bus terminal at the end of the evening.

· From 6:15 to 6:45 pm each week, coffee and tea will be served for Club members and parents bringing children to the children's program. This will be a great time for informal English conversation, and getting to know each other.

· The Club registration desk will open at 6:45 pm.

· Structured conversation activities ( Parts A and B) will start promptly at 7:00 pm

· At approximately 8 pm, we will have musical activities that will help with English. Then we will have the conversation questions and discussion time.

· At 8:30, we will have our snack time and continue our conversation activities over the break. Snack is provided by our Club's Canadian hosts. Our children will return to the Club area to participate in the snack. Parents must keep their children in the main room with them for the last half hour of the evening.

· The Club meeting will end at 9 pm as usual, following the snack.

Information for Parents

· Kindergarten to Grade 6

For the first Club meeting on September 16th, the children's program will not have started, but child care will still be provided for this evening.

The new children's program for Kindergarten to Grade 6 will start Wednesday September 23rd.

It is a great program of games, music, crafts and activities every week.

You are invited to have your children take part in this wonderful program!

There is a very small registration fee for the term for each child, but scholarships are available if that is difficult for the family.

If you have children in this age group, you may register and drop them off each week in the children's area at 6:15 pm. There will be coffee and tea and a chance to visit with other parents in the Club (foyer) area until the Club starts at 6:45.

When you bring your children for their program, please enter the church by the west door, to the left of the door where we entered for the Club last year.

· Toddlers and infants

Toddlers aged 3 and 4 will be cared for in the Ark area as they were last year. Parents will need to sign their children in and out, so that the care workers will know each child that is left with them, and when an authorized person has taken them out of care.

Infants under two years must stay with their parents in the Club meeting area.

CLUB吸引了不少探亲老人，所以有一桌子自然而然成了老人桌，这些老人在那儿相识，相交，平日里相互走动，探亲的日子不再只是寂寞二字。
旧贴好象忘了提这教堂周二上午的另一活动：妇女针织组。该组提供国语翻译，参加过英语学习的人应该都知道，每周信息表上应该都有。具体联系人仍是Judy.

另一POTLUCK活动，多为周六晚，在教堂另一老人家中，具体日期未定，约为一个月一次，想事先得到通知的最好办法就是参加周三晚的英文学习，信息表都会事先列出来的。
