高潮会不会勃起?还是高潮需要别人勃起？或者高潮需要别人刺激才能勃起？

案情清晰明了，Crisis先问候了高潮小弟，高潮又问候了Crisis老娘。二人都触犯了版规

2.6 不得有前款规定以外的污言秽语，包括色情的、粗俗的语言。违者将受到一般处罚条款处理。

本来没有人投诉Crisis，但我认为Crisis在13楼的言论和高潮在16楼的言论有因果必然联系。任何案情不能脱离其背景。所以我行使公务投诉的权利，投诉了Crisis。

alpaca对Crisis的三个投诉，其中

责不属于违规言论。

Crisis 属于第一犯规，共三处，判封9天。如果不服请于24小时之内上诉。
对高潮的处罚请参照公务投诉: (代)投诉宗教斑竹"高潮"。

对于版规的界定，3位执法版主是通过气的。我认为二人都违规了。亦非台版主比较宽容，认为二人虽然打擦边球，但尚不至违规。scuba版主也认为二人都违规了。所以定夺出目前的处罚。如果二人打算上诉，最好能提出新的证据，或者本案与以前案件执法不统一的地方，以说服亦非台和scuba推翻目前的判决。

管理员24小时都没有回复。而他明明来过这里，还发了贴。
既然如此，我没有必要再等。根据假设无罪原则，认定alpaca投诉有效。

没关系。那位投诉人是否马甲对于判罚没有必然影响，因小黄版主仍然可以行使权力展开公务投诉。

犯错必受处罚，本当如此。所谓因果相承，只要高潮受到了应有的处罚，我老科又怎能再有怨言？

就让我老科与高潮同下地狱吧---有高潮相伴，岂不快意恩仇？

不过，我老科确实非常好奇，很想知道那位投诉者是否某人的马甲？麻烦小黄执法耐心查明，也算是对我，对观战的网友们一个交待

At this point, the best solution is that you contact him directly. If he does confirm alpaca as a Majia, then you can present the new evidence in your appeal.

A accuses B of personal attack, the burden is on A to show the evidence of personal attack.

B accuses A of using a Majia, then the burden is on B to show A is indeed a Majia.

It's not the burden or role of the judge to collect evidence for either of them. I simply look at the provided evidence to make a decision.

However, it ought to be common sense, right? A judge should make his/her own decision on whether starting a procedure or not, based on the specific situation. Obviously, it is not difficult to find that the plaintiff was registered just for a little while and gave few posters recently, especially in that religion forum. It is reasonable for people like me to question his/her identity.

Please think about it: if any accused like me ask Lao Yang to check the identity of his/her opponent, what would happen? Therefore, I think that it is only you and should be you who have the right to ask Lao Yang to do so.

Further more, as a Judge, you could make "Gong Wu Tou Shu" on me, but cannot, or do not want to, send a message to require Lao Yang to check the identity. Is this too arrogant? If you want to compare the situation with the reality, whoever saw any Judge prosecute another person? If you agree that this forum is a little bit different from the reality, then we should be able to have common ground.

Anyway, I really do not worry if I should be punished. In fact, I think that there ought to be justice, even on the virtual website: I am deserved，the accused guy by SUVESCAPE is DESERVED either. I did not sue that person, not because he was right, not because he did not attack me and my mother, but because I didn't think that it was worth doing so. In fact, attacking was always his style. Nevertheless, when there is another person like SUVESCAPE standing out, I think that it IS my duty to support him although I did send a message to him to cancel that complaint. If I walk away, it would not be respectful to people like SUVESCAPE, although it might make me look generous.

My common sense is that if someone attacked you, you either report to me immediately, or fight back at your own risk and settle it privately. If strictly going by the rules is what you want, that's what you get.

Contrary to what it may seem, I have nothing against you. I don't even get one buck for dealing with this whole mess.

You did raise some good questions about the legal procedures on this board. I will discuss with you after work.
