This is a nine month appointment, with the possibility of extension.

Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
Modifies forms and reports according to client specifications
, R; g$ {* d. Z* t, H2 g! iCreates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment

B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
" A7 b. |5 Q# w- S$ F8 }# N6 [Several years related experience in a similar environment
: H, v6 K  f) \) iKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
0 z( c" I  j6 O' SKnowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
/ K( s- h% h3 K* D5 nExcellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
