“The Hunger Games" written by Suzanne Colins is a favorite book I have ever read. It told a story about a girl, Katniss Everdeen, who volunteered to take her little sisters place as a contender in the Hunger Game: an annual fight-to-the-death competition between twenty four teenagers chosen by lottery draws.6 h! This sixteen-year-old Katniss considered competing in the Hunger Game as a death judge. Some of the contenders had been in training in all their lives for this moment. However, Katniss had superority that was not realized by herself: her dexterity with bows and arrows. Therefore, she became a strong contender.* D; @. z) Q5 Q
# ^7 e1 _" O2 g; AThe Hunger Games is a very compelling novel. I sped through it within less than one week and was completely attracted by its intensity and originality. The suspense in the competition was drawn out effectively with amazing writing skills and the end of this novel left me wondering hours for what would happen in the next book.

One question that I asked myself over and over after reading this book was what I would do if being forced to make a choice between murdering someone I love and being killed. Also the book was very astonishing, where I learned how to live my life in the way I want without leaving regrets at the moment when I die.2 s7 n# T2 ?( ~" |; X9 Q& x( W
