上周在RBC开通的TFSA账户，今天RBC就给我来电话说，TFSA其实主要针对移民或公民的，不包括留学生在内。如果留学生开通TFSA，并投钱的话，所得收入将100%的纳税，而非TFSA的免税。

TFSA is available for anybody who has valid Canadian social insurance number, doesn't matter you are international student or Canadian resident. Also you'd better talk with a experienced Investment Advisor because there is some detail regulations you need to be careful.
