Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
( u. r/ o6 V* s3 W" X$ F5 X•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
: J8 ]0 X9 a7 R- e•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
) q  M7 v" y* I! [•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
# U: X) D0 ^& L) O•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
+ f$ a# r: Q' M+ X•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

- P2 _* `2 u" R" t6 O7 ~$ ?•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
- w( ]4 X9 f, j. E, }7 j# \•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
