Method. O2 a$ \0 F" N$ m
1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
$ F* {2 Y, Q$ g5 v; j+ c' p& s2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.% r0 b' J. J- U, S& B& H
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.. m) ^9 G# k" G2 t2 c
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
