That's because Windows can only support 4 primary partitions in one physical hard drive. Right click "Computer", click "Manage" from the popup menu, then Computer Management-Storage-Disk management, choose the disk you want to change, typically disk 0, delete the last one or two partitions, you can see the label changes to "unallocated" and the title colour changes to black. Then click on the unallocated space to create your own logical drives. # w3 C ^$ F( u, r" W% D
