• Complete and post staff schedules - m. Y+ l) _; i M- Y
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
7 G) n9 w6 I# Z• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
2 u% n- B, P# n) n• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
# A/ k. P# V# {) o• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date' w2 x4 c1 \4 `- J
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
0 U3 x" o& ~6 D2 U% H6 ^) H• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees9 J! }- C+ B. h8 d; b& L
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
/ o% E' [. ^# y• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
