Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
7 G) n9 w6 I# Z•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
2 u% n- B, P# n) n•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
# A/ k. P# V# {) o•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
0 U3 x" o& ~6 D2 U% H6 ^) H•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
/ o% E' [. ^# y•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
3 {; \/ E  z0 X" }. ?% P& m•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

$ A3 W8 }6 ~9 g# s* x3 q5 ~  FEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
/ D5 Q5 Z1 H. h. y( b: x% nExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
) }2 {6 P$ h) h+ f# @Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
# B% U( R6 s# @$ aPhysical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
