4 R& F6 F; ^* Q% Q3 Q•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

! p% G( \2 W+ |9 P( _' c* @, ?•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

9 V' y5 U: p6 I* Z8 [9 l•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

9 ?8 h& w# u9 m# ^5 K* N•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

& F" z, v- X- M1 M( b" G•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.
