The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and overseeing a field team for one of Financial Institutions. The successful candidate will complete their work in the field while reporting to the Program Manager. The candidate will gain valuable leadership and management experience, improve organizational and communication skills, and enhance their analytical thinking capacity.+ D( F+ ~, W9 H3 K

 Responsible for delivering a variety of training and orientation courses and/or other interventions for new employees.9 S4 z; @% ?8 e6 Y) p# ]5 w) i
 Produce reports as required
