Responsibilities include:

, W# T5 l' i9 j+ z- gDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles & j3 I C0 N2 e( q
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
2 Z0 E) c2 p3 ACreate and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
: d! H+ [- P; y* g, G$ b: o* f7 XProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).% ?5 }/ U" `% f8 u
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.2 A! p/ S0 q% d5 { b6 ^6 G# ~& A
Other assigned duties.* X E- `' o+ x* A
* \3 }2 ?, A2 _' [Qualifications:* X9 C9 C" A3 ~) x* O
9 [1 e$ @! V6 R. w& N' dApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.2 C! p5 M4 Z2 {5 {+ `
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent)., X: t0 P# h7 C/ q" [
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
