. F- y! M. u' m9 e  L2 DTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy./ I( m! z6 G: Y8 j7 J" [. O

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.7 t8 d; ?0 M$ w
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;
, ?% p0 h9 x% P2 H/ O! v• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;
, _' ]8 T7 `# H5 @" n# `• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;+ C# a3 p  Y) h' [
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business./ O, }( i6 o+ A  ~. a$ j% Q$ L: \
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;

• Participate in trade shows;9 t4 a8 d2 F/ e7 r4 T8 R- r

$ ?' B" }$ c" W3 J7 B, R•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property9 r4 O9 o7 O& ^! k
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
. y; ~5 A' G( `3 M% Z5 s% y' j, @2 `• Ability to lead and develop;
. v9 z; q* O& E, c• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;

• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
