• Develop, prepare, execute and achieve financial goals;
: j8 {. p2 @0 ?, P• Provide timely and accurate financial statements; 5 F1 _4 m2 I1 x' w r
• Maintain the system of internal checks designed to prevent or promptly detect unauthorized transactions;% R6 { V' u3 U R$ g
• To analyze Hotel’s performance versus budget and investigate variances as required;+ ^( K" S% H: N/ e* o: I: g% ^
• To monitor operational expenditures in conjunction with approved budgets; # W9 a% b! g, F: Q) t' E
• To reconcile all supplier accounts, to post all payables, and to pay vendors in accordance with due dates and cash flow projections;4 d9 o2 Z- D- |4 I, I) c/ J9 H
• To monitor city ledger and guest ledger transactions, and to collect all receivables on a timely basis;4 |# q) T9 W r _
• To set up, track, record, and process all payrolls; to handle related HR and benefit matters as required

3 a& D3 A' a+ q& l1 z• To ensure all Hotel’s contracts have proper authorization, negotiations for renewal and are properly filed and are easily available for corporate review;
% T3 n7 A! f" f: N; j7 X• To ensure that there is an effective system of purchasing, receiving, and control of supplies in place at all times with proper requisition procedures;0 a, T' c4 F! [. W! i7 @
• To ensure that usual and exceptional purchases are approved consistent with the budgeting and forecasting system;/ T4 D) G* }' @+ W+ b6 d# Z6 N4 H
• To ensure all accounting procedures comply with corporate accounting systems;
1 r8 J" b3 f& X" d• To provide month-end packages to the Corporate Office and assist in the preparation of financial statements;

• To provide information to Corporate Office as required;

Requirements:

• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and owners in a professional manner;

• Knowledge of development and execution of business plans and budgets; , j/ W5 s! q- K; S; \
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills;
! H# w) m) d1 Z0 p: K( F9 a; s• Proficient / familiarity with computerized systems such as : hotel PMS, Oracle and ADP payroll systems./ ^6 p0 Q& _6 K' [( _1 p5 U, P* S

• Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure;
