, C% F# c$ ]* q: ~' kTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:& }9 H1 S! V; o* d* a2 h" a& S
% J0 N4 D+ t; J3 D0 ^& S
Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals' @+ @+ l9 F6 D2 d0 M5 E+ H% d9 }
Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business+ n3 o) z2 Y# x+ F- k
Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
/ T) W4 H; n7 L. V* ~2 ]7 h Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
6 d6 Y; g/ M- v9 t3 d, V2 l Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
3 g* p5 ~% i8 y& j3 ` Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes

Participate in community marketing initiatives

4 q* C# W9 C- P9 b3 j High School and or Post Secondary Education* H' |9 R9 \; M9 B
Previous customer service experience
; J8 C9 `/ A& E7 l, o! B Previous sales experience an asset9 R- p3 X. G& Q; ^5 B: x
General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain/ @, l' \6 |2 O. E. ^) |3 V% F: I8 A
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully: r. p; b2 ?' B9 o5 \$ o; n4 \
Strong analytical and organizational skills6 S- X* K2 C. ? K. }: K
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
