* l, b5 g- K4 h2 g+ `4 RJob Duty:- wash, peel and cut vegetables; receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas; remove kitchen garbage and trash; handle and store cleaning products; sweep and mop floors. Take customer's orders, serve customers; clear and clean tables, chairs; load buspans and trays; set tables, replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas; operates dishwashers to wash dishers, glassware and flatware; sanitize and washer dishes and other items by hand. Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, plan menus, ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, work with minimal supervision, inspect kitchen and food service areas. 0 U( ^ w9 C) y+ s# D/ E8 ?; e
