4 g3 [+ A3 T$ b& ]* e9 P, ]Alberta Health And Wellness , Edmonton - Our Information Technology Service Delivery team has openings for 2 Support Analysts working directly with the Delivery Managers to support the departmental business areas. As a Support Analyst you are involved in all phases of the application development cycle covering from project definition, requirements development, implementation and on-going support of departmental and major business area IT initiatives. As part of an in-house delivery team you facilitate the delivery of IT solutions using contracted vendors. You ensure completed projects match department business goals while ensuring corporate and information standards are adhered to. You are responsible for project management and coordination enabling effective operations for the business areas you are supporting. You provide general IT consulting support to the business areas by participating in business planning processes. " Q2 }% I5 y# H
As a Support Analyst you have strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively explain technical systems issues to business users and management. You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills. To be successful you must build and maintain effective client relationships as well as understand fundamental project management and contract management practices. , [' `3 I U# AQualifications: A University Degree in Computing Sciences or related discipline plus 6-8 years of application development project delivery experience.
