适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread

: f( z( i" i6 k7 f8 J0 u4 r% q4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR3 @& N& G- g3 k
2 packages yeast
# \. S6 X3 I- Z. }8 g7 C+ p1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
0 o$ O# u0 a# _2 H1 teaspoon salt# M5 T. W8 y8 X+ A3 t
1/2 cup pineapple juice
' _3 U1 L8 A% R! d( Q1/2 cup water
' ~+ r8 }0 g( m7 J1/3 cup shortening- V5 ?' l; z$ a0 F/ u( R
1/4 cup honey
! \7 E5 S% S! e$ d7 d4 |2 eggs' K3 \/ r! w: [+ p, ]
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired) t9 H5 k4 p8 f/ _
1 Z- ]' ^7 g# W- U' W: o) |
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
* o: ~: K' C# {& Psalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice# g  J3 b1 y3 ^+ y- `" F4 ?# B4 ]
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;3 b- r4 U. r0 Q7 P
shortening does not need to melt.)0 Z5 S. s) ^) v; ~3 B  j/ p+ D2 U
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed/ v  M1 K% f  O# G/ f
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
4 m# }! p" `2 w( Q2 }stir) z) D% @- j# i& q4 i
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 6 R& l2 ~; h' A$ s. j& _$ C& o: Y
surface7 F7 u5 E$ p" m
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,( E% s; c2 t1 F( R
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes# t( P6 m- @4 I8 x$ {
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).- G1 Z; j' ^* K6 C  r+ e2 C: F

4 M' s2 K0 j& N- f: \Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
4 w0 o' P5 p6 ?  E+ W' tPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place " ?3 S- c- w+ @5 `- c2 c- o5 D

: p5 \% G: q6 t9 Y6 Bbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

& Q7 S! f6 ^) y35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
