Requirements:

- Thinking and working logistically,  responsibly, independently, accurately and timely.

- Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.
( ~" [7 r9 c# B- |& ^- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.8 _& n9 F% \, x! P

- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Check order Accuracy in time manner
( Y$ E. |3 y% i0 @* t- Order Acknowledge by email( C4 u' g2 t- n$ X+ F, W
- Order Checking according to guideline
- k1 W) v1 ]4 L) N! T/ L! _* N, N- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

- Send orders to warehouse to process
" D& D$ `! f  B' I3 @* G; q7 l8 P- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
+ T2 i( x0 c  U& ]3 d. q" J- q- Follow up and report about order status( k( h% L7 [3 Z) c/ u& n6 j# `
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
, ]- w2 F2 ?. f$ R- x3 ?  }0 m4 J0 s- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
) c3 D9 V! \: K, M/ c, Z- u- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently4 L' F; `7 a) l& K
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.! Y/ S# Z& w7 }( y7 F' t! o
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
0 P( z: Q0 m! p+ J: {- B- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters $ n3 f0 T% F" d8 \) Z9 n
- Point of contact with Factory in China 4 ~7 i7 m0 `9 ^
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly , Y# _( @9 l) H/ l; _6 e+ I
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
! }$ b% w# T0 E, T- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
" U. z+ \5 U, `" Z0 U+ N- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
) h$ R0 d  b  V; u- EDI accounts related work and others as required / {3 Z5 d  i* j$ a7 N

II.        Logistic: 2 W6 L$ W5 W3 j1 A( l4 V" t

/ C1 V$ q, Q! @9 |& x- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
8 ~; t# d' r/ w2 E6 ^- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
/ F! l/ ~! ~1 U7 K8 G' ^- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.' `: @& d3 m, }% `- Y& {
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
2 j( O9 ^4 h' \- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
# |# y" o+ A/ v9 Z! U- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
+ N3 R: N( r3 m3 J- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
+ i( N2 ^/ t* j! b: J5 r) l7 c- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
" |1 X1 w$ R2 n5 Q- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
/ w8 P) P& s' t; k+ s4 P, P; n0 v- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
& U- V$ Y0 j8 g% [+ N' c: j- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation." I5 d4 K( u8 P( r

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems, {9 m3 }' E: d; g. v0 ~$ A7 Q

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required, w1 H  K& d5 }8 R7 _
- Work out Weekly Sales Report) c+ P2 }: w  U( Q4 D, G. h8 b$ n( O
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts2 _  M+ Y% A) j, T# J& W
- Update system with Shipping information at order level 0 H; S6 e- }1 |8 q6 O$ e
- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
