Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
3 E) H! \5 p. D7 U; z-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
) I" q2 E5 @7 ~9 r' R/ {/ j-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
0 e' Z; c/ ^2 g4 b-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
$ u5 I, D) }& H+ A  L0 P-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
! s7 Y( h$ g- B/ M( k- `-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
$ S7 h3 @* g. u( I$ b$ q' R-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
/ A) @0 R; n8 C-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
% ]* i3 }# s6 W8 [-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
5 c- P6 I+ ~3 k6 T& s9 B-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
