Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are

(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.- S8 i* m) ?+ E8 j" E; Q
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better." {" a' B4 U) ^6 O; V" s
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).0 E4 N( ^- C, ^& g7 s: U
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
