there currently is a new java devleoper position avaiable in IBM calgary for maintaining existing system potentially on new projects.
. A# O4 s/ x7 {8 Vthe position is a contract position for 3 to 6 month with good potential to extend it.

here's the short description of the position.
6 A  E$ Q4 L7 |& W/ x6 eWork as part of the IBM team supporting our customer. Must be on site. There is no travel money available. 2 to 3 years experience in JAVA, J2EE, XML and DB2.
Nice to have exposure to Main Frame and any financial system
& j7 m" m8 Z# j, y6 l7 t. F/ lMust be really good in communication within the team and with customer.
4 w7 M% T0 F4 W7 M3 }& ~if having experience of level 1/2 support, great.

the key word would be java/j2ee/jsp/struts/commication skill/customer facing/team work/problem solving/troubleshooting/....it's a maintenance position at this time, but have potential working on projects.
