A little boy was overheard praying:
0 ~3 x+ z, K% Y1 B" b"Lord, if you can't make me a better boy,
don't worry about it.
2 h- P* k' a* hI'm having a real good time like I am."

After the christening of his baby brother
in church, Jason sobbed all the way home
in the back seat of the car. His father asked
him three times what was wrong. Finally, the
4 E; U7 m. ~5 V" mboy replied, "That preacher said he wanted
8 k2 D9 S% P" |' h2 ~" Pus broght up in a Christian home, and I wanted
to stay with you guys."

- l( l* k( R3 IOne particular four-year-old prayed,
"And forgive us our trash baskets as
we forgive those who put trash in our
% g# _% q4 E+ c/ H5 b1 G3 Wbaskets."
* x, _) t- h& k2 K- v
5 k* a& E6 y4 JA Sunday school teacher asked her
children as they were on the way to
Church service, "and why is it necessary
+ }, Q6 j( j: bto be quiet in Church?"
One bright little girl replied,
"Because people are sleeping."

% X: z  Q2 Y" Z9 Y' m* |( K+ ZA mother was preparing pancakes for
her sons, Kevin 5, and Ryan 3.
The boys began to argue over who would
get the first pancake.
' I, R; y# W+ j4 e; j3 s' oTheir mother saw the opportunity for a
moral lesson. "If Jesus were sitting here, He
, v/ |- m1 J$ l  W5 K* iwould say, 'Let my brother have the
first pancake, I can wait' ."
7 A$ S3 C0 P. _3 X  s7 FKevin turned to his younger brother and
said, " Ryan , you be Jesus !"

. P* h: g3 w! q# d  vA father was at the beach with his children
0 ^; A& Y3 \; b; l5 Q% C8 wwhen the four-year-old son ran up to him,
2 C4 @5 c# j5 Z* dgrabbed his hand, and led him to the shore
  V  j' Q8 E# ?where a seagull lay dead in the sand.
& ?+ A; U8 n( v' L"Daddy, what happened to him?" The son asked.
3 K3 Z: j! T; q( s- w, d4 B2 E. G"He died and went to Heaven." The Dad replied.
# R) g  M( f0 L3 A' iThe boy thought a moment and then said,
"Did God throw him back down?"

A wife invited some people to dinner.
2 \3 |. F3 d4 s3 ~2 [At the table, she turned to their six-year-old
9 g# R- K/ H1 T0 \: gdaughter and said, "Would you like to say the
blessing?" "I wouldn't know what to say." The
3 I% G/ \! D8 Y$ T; m* Hgirl replied. "just say what you hear Mommy say."
The wife answered. The daughter bowed her head
and said, "Lord, why on earth did I invite all these
4 ~# E) D" w0 i! @' F7 ~people to dinner?"

Recently I gave my just-turn-four son a scolding for his misconduct.

' W3 g- F6 C1 B6 A2 v% v! G/ gMy boy's eyes turned red, and yelled back at me with his fists tightly clentched: "Don't call me fish!"
  w, M2 o& i2 O' s7 y: I$ yI was a little pazzled at the moment, but his following words helped me out: "I am not a shell fish!"
