1 e* j8 _. r% I1 A' BWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
4 o) r9 m$ N) n8 @Responsible for specialization in workstation image management9 P' U2 i8 C E8 \
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers! b* d) R0 M$ D. e
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support3 c4 h0 C2 z3 z+ _+ \" X Y
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
2 H& F6 v: D! ?, SEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
( r5 _4 F9 U7 g, a; `& M5 ~3 bDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP

Qualifications) i8 `8 ]& u6 Y3 P- [9 s; Z4 H% [
Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
: E4 u8 q3 S3 D/ s# B0 F! G: N+ GRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: W0 _' n0 R+ v3 x0 d
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations& g) f$ N1 h; K1 E8 p8 C! j
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)" M& a( n' a' |' ]
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
