本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

  ~4 ~, f6 W) c# v: p% M我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.
/ ^, t( N# I" y3 h! r
8 L* j; w# T: V9 s$ E因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
( `5 D' @' A% d" g有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

2 }2 g( c6 V0 Z  C, s' N$ ^请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
