Yao is never known for his "power moves".  He simply lacks the coordination and athleticism.  Just imagine if he can jump just a few inches higher!  You will see a lot more of alley-oops from Yao for sure ...  But if he can continue shoot his fade away j's and jump hooks, he will continue to dominate at the post.  Those are just unblockable shots for a 7'6" center.

Lowry shows flashes of brilliance.  I need to see more of his action to make a judgment.  Right now, I think he is just trying to fit in.  Make no mistake, Morey is no fool.  His "money ball" philosophy has worked very well so far.

Ron dribbles too much IMO.  His offense looks ... slow ... but powerful.  He probably can take one-on-ones easy, but he needs to pass the ball when double teams come.

You are right Yao is never known as a big "power mover", however, his jump hocks (not so much for his turnaround J's because he pretty much reply on his spinning and steps for those) much rely on how deep he can get, it does not happen to much that he can still get a 60% shooting if he is pushed away from the basket. last night he got good feelings on his hand - look at that jump hook from almost 4 meters away. anyway, yao is still stronger than most centers today in the league.
regarding ron, he is unstopable when he puts on his power-get-out-of-my-face moves, but you are right he need to think more while he is playing, he is having a little bit problem with his attitute...

forgot to mention one person... SB - shane battier, when is he going to bring his 3p's back??? it seems like he can only made those tough shots, buzzer beater shots.... when he's open, neven makes them...

Shane takes very few shots in recent games. I don't know why. Maybe Adelman lost faith in him in terms of shooting those 3's. But he is the only guy on the team who can feed Yao with ease. Yao seldom turns the ball over when the passer is Battier. Trust me, whoever can get Yao the ball, he will get lots of minutes.
