& Z- f5 P0 y- Z/ F, k) H7 _AS it is well known that the 'wise men' in the Bible came 'from the East,' and as Mr. Touch-and-go Bullet-head came from the East,  Mr. Bullet-head was therefore a wise man; and if further proof of the matter is  needed, here we have it- Mr. B. was an editor. A bad temper was his only weakness; he did not consider  his inablility ever to changer his mind a weakness. It was, his firmly believed, his strong point.6 b9 v* F+ v9 u
I have shown that Touch-and-go Bullet-head was a wise man; and the only occasion on which he was not wise was when, leaving the proper home for all wise men, the East, he moved to the city of Alexander-the-Great-o-nopolis, or some place of a similar title, out West.
