Nowadays the sound "zh" is popular, but personally I think it a dialect, at least differenct from the dictionary phonetics, which however may refer to British sound.

For instance, module can be pronounced "d", but local people, including online dictionary, speak it as "zh".

As for visual, I prefer "r", while for individual individule, I want to read it as "d", but some people may speak it like "zh".
