· From 6:15 to 6:45 pm each week, coffee and tea will be served for Club members and parents bringing children to the children's program. This will be a great time for informal English conversation, and getting to know each other.
" O" E7 Z& V }2 I% }2 o; d· The Club registration desk will open at 6:45 pm.

· Structured conversation activities ( Parts A and B) will start promptly at 7:00 pm
' c1 F/ ^* p* f3 J; r( ~3 z0 K- F. s· At approximately 8 pm, we will have musical activities that will help with English. Then we will have the conversation questions and discussion time.
+ U4 A0 C) B+ n3 }' l( I2 ]2 k. }· At 8:30, we will have our snack time and continue our conversation activities over the break. Snack is provided by our Club's Canadian hosts. Our children will return to the Club area to participate in the snack. Parents must keep their children in the main room with them for the last half hour of the evening.

· The Club meeting will end at 9 pm as usual, following the snack.

· Kindergarten to Grade 6
" x$ w- K1 H- k) c. s1 ?9 Q+ yFor the first Club meeting on September 16th, the children's program will not have started, but child care will still be provided for this evening.

The new children's program for Kindergarten to Grade 6 will start Wednesday September 23rd.

, D& T/ }# H( e: G# h# |# WThere is a very small registration fee for the term for each child, but scholarships are available if that is difficult for the family.

If you have children in this age group, you may register and drop them off each week in the children's area at 6:15 pm. There will be coffee and tea and a chance to visit with other parents in the Club (foyer) area until the Club starts at 6:45.
' M+ E, x+ q- X- _When you bring your children for their program, please enter the church by the west door, to the left of the door where we entered for the Club last year.

· Toddlers and infants
; u: R/ @: {/ [8 e/ @8 CToddlers aged 3 and 4 will be cared for in the Ark area as they were last year. Parents will need to sign their children in and out, so that the care workers will know each child that is left with them, and when an authorized person has taken them out of care.
