After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.$ t$ f3 C) J! T' P- o
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.. u' e+ z7 ?6 l" u! x
The problem should be inside the bucket.

/ d$ Y/ E: r5 |& A5 OWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
; K2 f% G3 o4 R. `6 r: aUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.8 [5 j- ~0 t" ]3 I0 h2 R- R. R1 T
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.: T3 O4 Y/ x' `/ l ?0 ^# w! m
' r' z" H- i- m' ^, l. v, \The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
k7 T& O- X$ k* }They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.5 d- y/ x; h$ F) a% m; b# P1 M
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. 4 j3 E& H5 F! S
$ ?: q! U& P) M- _5 G$ Y+ m7 nThe coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
