Cantonese Pork Hocks Ginger

老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
Prepare:   2 por hocks, chop chunk, 20 slice ginger without peel , 6 boil eggs without peel. sweet vinegar . (BAI ZHEN sweet vinegar is best, if you don't have that, you still can use Zhe Vinegar, Bai Vinegar and brown sugar )
8 R) G) d( }' s( B, }. l: M; [! C' D Bring all stuffs to boil by hight heat 10 mins, than cook by middle heat 20mins, ALL DONE!
