( j7 j, f  H6 P  a$ `% cHeritage Valley - Involved in the preparation of the Neighbourhood design report outlining the storm and sanitary servicing requirements for this neighbourhood.  A review and redesign of the previously devised sanitary servicing schemes for the area resulted in substantial infrastructure cost savings. Preliminary consultation with the environmental departments was also required due to the sensitivity of the stormwater for the area discharging into the existing Blackmud Creek watercourse.+ u2 F0 b' |( Z/ g7 m& T
Terwillegar Gardens – Design and construction of an innovative and heavily landscaped “garden style” stormwater management wet lake and dry pond system which will include an aeration (waterfall) and water purification (filtration) system for a 120 acre high-end residential development in South Edmonton.6 I, V# {- e5 K
Eaux Claires – Design and implementation of a series of ponds and related storm piping which provide stormwater control to a 180 acre development which incorporates a 60 acre retail complex, a 12 acre school site and approximately 95 acres of multi and single family development.  The ponds incorporated a naturalized component and extensive walkway system.

Shadow Ridge, Cochrane - prepared the preliminary servicing concept and financial proforma for this 535 lot golf course/subdivision.1 Z+ |2 z$ m! r/ {5 S/ i
Heritage Mountain, B.C. - Co-ordinator for the design of three phases of this successful Port Moody development.

Athlone/Sherbrooke Watermain Rehabilitation - Responsible for the project management and design oversight on this $1.8 million project for the City of Edmonton.$ d, r( _  ]% F3 w, l* h4 g
Beaumaris Estates, Edmonton - Co-ordinated the construction of utility services for this 115-lot subdivision in Northeast Edmonton." y! _5 n! J7 q8 j3 v
Country Club Estates Stages 2 - 6, Edmonton - Responsible for the design and project management on this 290-lot project in West Edmonton.

QEaux Claires - Responsible for the project management and design oversight for this 160 acre residential and commercial development in North Edmonton.  The project started in 1998 and will be completed in 2000.  The design of this community incorporated a modified standard wet pond facility and a significant regrading exercise which achieved a soil balance within the development.

CN Rail Lands, Toronto - He participated in this comprehensive planning study of the re-development of this large site in downtown Toronto.  He was specifically responsible for the preliminary design of the revised road configuration and grade separated crossings over the rail corridor from Front Street to the proposed development.+ B9 x' a% p5 |2 z1 @% z5 M3 I
Wedgewood Heights - Responsible for project design and construction of the 440 lot residential subdivision in West Edmonton, including a stormwater management system, unique to the Edmonton area.$ P! {9 F0 U* t6 x4 t+ R

Terwillegar Gardens, Edmonton - Currently directing the planning, engineering design and contract administration for this 160 acre residential development in Riverbend.

•Front Street Realignment Functional Planning in conjunction with the redevelopment of the CN Rail Lands in downtown Toronto.  The work also included the preliminary design of the revised road configuration and grade separated crossings over the rail corridors.- ?+ F* V8 ~  A) b
•Highway 43 Functional Plan on behalf of A. T. & U. for a 65 km stretch of existing highway in Northern Alberta.  This included a segment of highway through the Town of Whitecourt.* c  Z2 O4 K: E0 ?2 v
•In the past two years he has directed the planning and design of a number of urban arterial roads in Edmonton including, 199 Street in West Edmonton, 153 Avenue in North Edmonton and 142 Street in South Edmonton.
