前几天，我带着心中的疑问给K写了封信。其中，我最想知道的就是如果他当选后对华人电工的态度。本来我只想把关于他对华人电工的态度的这一部分帖出来。但是，考虑到实事求是以及大家对这封回信的可信度等诸多方面的考虑，我决定把这封信原文发表出来。
" H! V3 p! x. l8 g' ~另外，关于选举我不想发表任何个人观点。我只是希望大家能有独立思维，为了自己的切身利益郑重的投出自己的选票。相信我询问K的问题也是所有华人电工所关心的问题。

I’m very disappointed with Mr. Zhou right now, so I’m glad to have another member of your association to converse with. I feel that as the Chairman of the Chinese Electrical Workers Association his acceptance of employment with the Local Union just a few weeks before our Election was to get underway sent a very clear message to the entire membership that your association had chosen sides even before the Election had started and I was given the chance to make my positions known.  Also Mr. Zhou E-mailed me on April 12, 2010, (two weeks before the campaign was to start) asking me to detail my campaign platform to him, but he did not tell me in this E-mail that this was also the day he started working for Tim Brower. I don’t feel this was very professional of him.

I appreciate your offer to allow me the opportunity to write an open letter to your association detailing my plans and I would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please allow me a couple of days write this letter. But to put your mind at ease I will make it very clear right now that I have no plans to kick anyone out of our Union. I firmly believe in the IBEW constitution and any member of our Union has exactly the same rights no matter what their nationality is, so unless the member somehow violates our constitution (in a very serious way) no one should fear that I will try to kick them out of our Union.

I’m also working at Scotford and don’t have a whole lot of time during the week, but I will make every effort to get you this letter by the weekend, thank-you again for this opportunity.
