- \, j& a5 X8 b, k. g% [7 Bperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
+ s5 p; f9 i& n# q' p2 r(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
2 [) z4 @# E. I4 _1 qSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
