Provide service to TELUS customers.

Handle all inbound queries and advocate resolutions to issues in a timely, accurate manner

Qualifications

Technical knowledge of voice products and services is an asset.
( M4 _5 H$ i0 c3 uTechnical knowledge of the Internet, Internet technologies, and technological/industry trends.
/ r' \" ?  `$ z3 @; u# H! w% _Familiarity with trouble reporting systems is an asset.
' E( Z% o! \# Y$ z1 v, ]6 |Successful experience in a customer service environment.

Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.

据说还有个要求:员工要经过正在罢工的人群,才能进入大楼。不知道情况有改善了没有?
