这么冷的天车停在外面不插电一天可以吗

想问一下大家，上班的地方没有block heater,必须要停在露天的地方8小时，零下三十度的时候容不容易打火啊。   这几天都是中午出去打着十分钟再熄火，下班可以发动，但是实在不想中间再去室外被冻一趟。ps，我的车有remote control但我不会用

If you use Synthetic engine, you do not need block heater.

If you have new battery or a new car, it shall start most times below -30c. But you have an old car with old battery, you'd better start the car if you leave the car outside for long time.
But anyway, buy a boost cable for yourcar in case needed.

4年如果还没换新电池的话， 应该考虑换啦。电池寿命一般也就4年左右吧。你可以在canadian tire买来，自己换，或让朋友帮忙换。不难的。

A four years old car is relatively new if kept in good maintenance, normally a battery can last more than 6 to 8 years according to my experience.

$ ^* p& L9 H2 [But I would like to recommend you to have a block heater installed next time when in Edmonton, possible around $150 depend on which type of car you have, it will give you a worry free winter and help engine in good shape as well.
# c2 W7 S$ Z& e( q
( E" [8 B: L% u8 ?5 TThe remote starter:  you may need to change out the battery for the controler and you probably can find the manual in google.ca and download it. Some of the remote starter just needs to be held a "Key" button for more than 2 seconds, and will start the car if it is in the range.
