Brief Description of Job Duties:  Responsible for providing server
support and software validation testing on existing and new products.
& r) P) M; \9 bThe successful candidate will work primarily with J2EE technologies on
9 Z2 }! x. G6 d0 d1 x6 D, ~3 L8 z/ bdeveloped web-based software. Specific responsibilities include

required, as is expertise on Linux and Windows and Solaris servers.
Experience with network documentation and planning and expertise with
$ l# t( Y+ w5 A1 y. QWindows Active Directory is a plus. Some object-oriented or Java
* \2 H8 o3 H# w- oprogramming experience would also be an asset.

Experience Required:  Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering or

Skills Required:  Strong research, writing, editing, and technical
skills.  Familiarity with software development processes and software
technologies.  Experience with documentation authoring tools such as
; W  F; \8 r& _; a/ T7 N8 BDreamweaver, Robohelp, and Framemaker.  Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience Required:  Minimum of 8+ years experience writing
( S  }: ?1 ^% L! x5 K! K& sdocumentation in a formal technical writing environment, with a recent
focus on documenting web-based applications.
