Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

- E; c( _' E% {- w8 B; H4 D) K. ~•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
  K# e9 ~# \6 q4 [, [) j; k8 X•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
& B5 b/ `9 d" O7 Z! }•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
2 h2 W3 P3 V4 N& \- F•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

' L9 ?4 \4 z4 p' T, z" X•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
! Y# M# V3 \7 x5 T5 b3 v2 A% ]•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
