Location:         11190 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A2
Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
0 V8 e$ c; X% y7 `6 F4 IShifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
& B4 L- x7 |; p' Z, R) q# q1 W•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
9 b0 n& ^; F5 E& `+ C( F1 t•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
3 @6 [3 R1 X& }5 R( M•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
$ p3 `# c+ |; `( H0 P•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
  J+ q5 p* o! z* v/ [•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
+ K" o/ |4 l2 \$ I5 r•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
