Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Shift work including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

& C* i' W. j/ k! l$ s•        Complete and post staff schedules
•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
2 c- T1 D5 Z: N) u( m1 H# K•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
/ ]5 _( W" P, ~( X, U•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
9 v; [& ^" H9 K& j3 q•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
: w$ a/ G8 t1 ~6 l: r•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily

- J/ Z' T" Z  @$ I- @  g* bEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
. n; O6 W; K% r& u1 G7 e" wExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
# U7 a! O. |4 D  q7 w) O. }Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
