• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines! B j3 ?( v, x4 k+ r
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management

• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

9 v; [& ^" H9 K& j3 q• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Ensure bank deposits are done daily

Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
