• Develop, prepare, execute and achieve financial goals; / V" A# b% u6 @! T: }" f/ m% z
• Provide timely and accurate financial statements; $ k' g2 x7 P4 Z% S, O' K1 m5 G
• Maintain the system of internal checks designed to prevent or promptly detect unauthorized transactions;! G q/ Q+ f7 {3 |5 H" L
• To analyze Hotel’s performance versus budget and investigate variances as required;+ R; n; W4 m9 L! r( Y
• To monitor operational expenditures in conjunction with approved budgets; # ?0 I) l" } I8 w
• To reconcile all supplier accounts, to post all payables, and to pay vendors in accordance with due dates and cash flow projections;

• To ensure that usual and exceptional purchases are approved consistent with the budgeting and forecasting system;

• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and owners in a professional manner;
