    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；

    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
/ e' t. j& g  v  S: ^    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
0 h9 r  W& p# J# @2 o    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
3 w4 v+ y& f, v. x    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
4 Q2 y% _/ e7 B7 }    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
0 k. Y& [0 A0 Y* o- D+ h/ J' d    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
( j, C3 X, a% Q# `7 J8 I5 u    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
& p* k# ]; {1 Q- s    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
& \( ^% B2 h2 P7 G1 ?( x8 ]! v9 \    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
( l3 j( O" C) A! J0 n# T! a% E! a: v    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

, s/ X+ y" e+ i3 H8 U    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
/ ~" W( \9 f, B" m! e6 p    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
6 d& R( y1 L' ]    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
7 M. b% t* p# S3 X- w( K    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
6 y; ~$ G9 M* O+ A2 K  g* ?6 X/ K    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
