有谁知道NOR-CAN吗？

刚进这家公司，感觉管理很乱。

Most of the companies in oil sands are same. Norcan is one of the fastest growing companies in Fort McMurray. One of Suncor maintenance management left the company and started the company with only few people, possible less than 10 year ago. Now they are doing most of the maintenance job and construction job in Suncor.

管理乱好，经常可以磨洋工。
钱不少就行。你就是一打工的，既不是老板，也不是管理层。操这心干嘛？

别把单位当家你就是一个挣钱的干了活给钱不给钱不干给了宁可少干不多干，你是不是还不清楚什么叫资本家什么叫资本主义?

楼上几位讲的忠恳。成立那个公司就是搞钱的。扯花弄景是要成本的。只要不给头头找麻烦，不出安全事故就皆大欢喜。

谢谢楼上各位提醒。当时就是担心支票会跳出来，是第一次干拿支票的活，有些工友手里拿了好几张支票，没时间去存。很多工友都觉得公司随时会倒掉。
