Experience: knowledge of operation and maintenance of a recycling facility and its equipment: conveyer, hammermill, shredder, baler, forklift and bobcat. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees is essential.

* m* q" `+ e2 w! u8 v. p3 @Education Requirement: College training/degree/diploma in mechanical equipment repair or computer hardware servicing and related disciplines preferred or secondary school with more than 2 years of work experience in electronic recycling industry.0 z1 r' d* L1 D3 n
; }: }; F$ e- V; L" F& D! k6 G0 oLanguage: Speak, read and write English. + z; X8 V( N* y% V0 Z; z* j- O% v

Weight Handling: Able to lift weights up to 45kg% R+ J2 F( k/ [& w4 }: n& H; y/ j
5 [8 b# P6 b) q/ K& A+ H& r# r$ \: RDuties: Supervise, organize and plan the technicians’ daily activities for processing. Inspect incoming shipments, allocate work and keep the assembly line moving. Maintain a system for monitoring incoming and outgoing materials, sets and monitor production targets and schedules, and discuss work measures to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor equipment to ensure proper maintenance, and keep track of supplies and order them accordingly. Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies .Ensure occupational health and safety rules and regulations are followed by staff and production levels are at an optimum level while promoting a positive working environment for enhancing staff morale. Conduct staff evaluation and recommend appropriate staff actions such as hiring, firings and promotions.
