适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.8 q0 ?( v" z) @  X7 V

Honey Bread, ]1 z9 R3 c  B  X+ Z

5 T0 T+ N& W; n1 e4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
4 l/ w7 C; T" r  o2 packages yeast: q# G# v% p$ j+ z! ?
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
9 p0 P6 `9 g5 y2 K$ ^1 teaspoon salt, Q* q! `0 v+ n" N
1/2 cup pineapple juice+ A8 P8 L: ^* {5 I6 d$ K
1/2 cup water
5 q' {4 V2 {0 W- J& t% F& I1/3 cup shortening
& r. q" o! B' ~; I: `/ a$ l* x, N1/4 cup honey5 _: ^0 g. a$ C* H0 G3 ^5 u
2 eggs$ s+ C( w! o6 ]0 ?) P6 t8 z2 Q
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired& p: V0 {3 k! I7 d; K5 O; G
  @! o' k; X2 P, R- p3 Q( t' f
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and3 [* ]6 n, J# j' D
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice/ _: @  z7 H6 K- i7 {& a5 m
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;. |# Z4 L9 d' s( f# _; S4 A
shortening does not need to melt.)
: M0 A8 z8 {* H) x* sAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed2 f! U) d4 R- Y9 a, Q: ?0 a
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ( A; |* I) }, ^  N3 M! O' c
stir
2 ^5 E$ f$ `& A5 @5 U6 O. Xin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
" B) d' Z( u9 V( j7 }. H2 l+ |surface3 h' X& Z, o2 s- f% v8 c
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,) W8 i2 L" x$ \. R
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
$ Q  M5 u! D' }(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).. M- w" B! F9 s
, S- w) x. r) u
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
% W3 v$ ~, H+ {+ f: ~1 j; ~4 J3 YPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 2 n9 E2 a" k% H  k" c; X1 u9 L

3 q& \0 g/ q' {: Cbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree + h* r9 z% h7 Z* k
for
) v( b. ^6 a# r# y35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
