) s+ [1 y9 K* A! L- r( j* k• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
5 h; ?- y: I# c% W' L' U$ n3 ?; `$ A! i• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
! V5 }- d* o' O4 x) f• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
' Y' ~! a' n% L, s. {0 k! O- o- i• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

% ?! \1 S0 P8 z7 [5 C) M5 J( c' ?• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.

4 [2 c8 r5 J/ O; w' K7 e• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
& q# q8 D0 D1 t) F• Strong computer skills and knowledge
& t5 m* A7 }' P1 F, f• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
